Description of WorkProject Code: PD014Project No: N035-040-01-C-030 Description of the Works::The new Jadaf ship yard building plots occupy an area of approximately 116 hectares to the west of the DMC land mass. This consists of Industrial, labour accommodation, administration, stores, warehouses, workshops, mosque, emergency services, harbour amenities and yacht repair elements. The showrooms and service plant precinct occupy an area of 31 hectares. This contract 2 B is a part of the above for the construction of the infrastructure and access roads, cycle tracks and pedestrian routes within the shipyard. In addition, this contract (2B) includes part of warehouse road installation of traffic signals, major service and plants (lifting stations and pumps from other service networks).
