Description of Work

The main elements of this project are as follows:

The works to be executed under this contract comprise installation of Architectural,  Civil, Landscaping,  Structural, Mechanical (plumbing, irrigation and fire fighting and  HVAC), electrical (low medium voltage  and audio visual, fire alarm, telephone, data  cabling works).  

Building structural works, principally comprising and construction of buildings  structural frames as  indicated on the drawings. Including cast in pipes pre-cast,  concrete foundations, pilling, columns rc  walls, slabs-on-grade, retaining walls,  suspended beams and slabs, and structural steel works cable  and any other  structural element as per the details of civil structural drawings, including associated   excavation for foundation, below-ground waterproofing and backfilling to sides of  basement and  elsewhere as shown on drawings. Work under this contract also includes grounding and earthing  works, installation of all pipe work, conduits, block out sleeves and like other items either below lowest  slab level within areas to be backfilled under this contract and embedded or cast into concrete.

Mechanical and electrical services for the buildings and external works, as indicated on the drawings, including, but not necessarily limited to installation, testing and commissioning of all equipments and distribution systems required to provide fully functional HVAC, raw water supply, portable hot and cold water supply sanitary drainage including sanitary fixtures, rainwater drainage, fire protection, vertical transportation (elevators), electrical power and lighting, grounding and lighting protection, voice and data communication, fire detection and alarm, public address, security, video, building management and any other mechanical and electrical systems as indicated in the contract drawings and specifications.
